- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste for about 1 minute until smooth.
- In a food processor, crush the graham crackers into crumbs.
- Wash and dry strawberries. Slice into small pieces.
- To put this dessert together, first sprinkle a layer of the crushed graham crackers. Then layer the lemon pie filling. Top with more crushed crackers. Then spoon in the cream cheese mixture. Finally top with the sliced strawberries.
